Bought the game recently and on version 1.1044 Online and Store are not lit up and cant be selected. Internet is fine and have tested using my cell phone data via hotspot. Verified files, reinstalled to a new location. Nothing changed. It did work previously. Any ideas?

We just bought the Express Package DLC on Epic today and the first time we played it the entire game worked fine. The next time we tried we couldn't access any part of the DLC; we noticed that the online and store words are greyed out on the menu. We tried downloading the entire game onto two separate computers but encountered the same problem. Our internet, computers, etc. work fine. Can someone please help?
We have 3 other Pcs in our house with the game and it works fine.
We've even tried logging into the same account (one the works) and no luck....
Hello @em and @Mrs. M, I'm very sorry you're having issues with this and I understand it is frustrating especially if it works on another computer.
If possible I'd like to get a bit more information so we can attempt to fix this for you, could you please follow the instructions below.
1) Make sure you are connected to the internet, not using a vpn. and launch the game from the Epic Launcher.
2) Attempt to see if the DLC is unlocked for you.
3) If not unlocked, go to this file path
:C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\LocalLow\We're Five Games\Totally Reliable Delivery Service\trds-log.txt4)
4)Attach that "trds-log.txt" as a replied comment here.
5) Also please include your epic-games username in your reply.

Just to be clear its not if DLC is working or not - Online not working full stop.
I don't have any other files in that location - only the unity folder. See attached.
I am not running or have installed a VPN
EPIC games name = Memmies
Things I have tried;
Reinstalling about 4 times (twice to different locations)
Uninstalled then ran ccleaner cleaned all temp files and registry.
Reinstalled no change.
Ran EPIC games as Admin
Reinstalled EPIC games.
Connected to Ethernet cable (normally wifi)
Hot spot to mobile phone
Created new Windows profile
Tried copy files from one of our working machines (progress.dad and trds-log.txt) -- I assume they are unique however.
Hopefully this helps you troubleshoot? My son loves this game and has the DLC and wants us to join in.
Thank you for the additional information @em , sorry but I have a few more questions if that's alright.
Are you running any firewalls or antivirus? The game should be writing a text log accessible through the file path above so long as you quit the game. If you can find and attach that "trds-log.txt" as a replied comment here it'll help us get a better idea of what may be causing the issue.

I dont have a dedicated firewall or AV (Just built in Win10 defender) Windows10 1909 fully patched.
I have tried disabling all this but still no luck.
On the main menu page the loading circle just goes round and round (see attached pic).
Not sure what else to add. It doesn't create the log file in the specified location.
I can run a local game and see that the online options is greyed out there too.

I found the trds-log.txt file if it can help
After restarting the game, DLC and Online & Store are working 😃

How do I locate the trds-log.txt file? I don't seem to have the same file pathway as provided above. Please help.
